Fund A Cure is a unique opportunity to make a 100 percent tax-deductible donation to JDRF that will fund critical type 1 diabetes (T1D) research. Since 1994, JDRF has raised more than $267 million through the Fund A Cure campaign alone.

About JDRF

JDRF is the leading global organization funding type 1 diabetes (T1D) research.  JDRF’s goal is to progressively remove the impact of T1D from people’s lives until we achieve a world without T1D.  JDRF collaborates with a wide spectrum of partners and is the only organization with the scientific resources, regulatory influence, and a working plan to better treat, prevent, and eventually cure T1D. As the largest charitable supporter of T1D research, JDRF is currently sponsoring $568 million in scientific research in 17 countries. For more information, please visit www.jdrf.org.

My name is Brittany and I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in December of 2012. I am the second person in my family to develop T1D. We both live with this disease everyday and each survive by using an insulin pump to get continuous insulin all day, every day.

Please join me for my JDRF Fund A Cure "Join Me" Campaign. 100% of Fund A Cure donations support research and research-related education, so your dollars will make the most impact in finding a cure. Nationally, the Fund A Cure program has raised nearly $267 million for Type 1 Diabetes research!

The JDRF Delaware Hope Ball will be held in Wilmington on April 25th and the committee and ambassadors would like to announce reaching the $10,000 goal for the Fund A Cure "Join Me" campaign. As of April 15th, the campaign has raised $9,700 and we are hoping to blow past our goal! Thank you to everyone for all your support!
